Root Access?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is root access avalible with the shared plans. Or is my only option a VPS? The reason I ask is because one of the requirements for forcing ads with Ipanel (http://www.ihostdev.com/ipanel.html) is root.

Root access it not given in any shared hosting environment. You would need a VPS or a dedicated server.
