    irc chat scripts (applets)

    What are the reasons that these scripts are forbidden from Dathorn servers?

    As far as I know, applets work client-side, so all the performance- and security-issues are also cient-side...

      You can use the standard java applets all you want so long as they are loading to the client's browser and running/connecting from their own computer. It cannot involve the server at all.

          I use freejavachat.com just because I'm lazy and its really simple. Copy and paste the HTML, change the default channel, and boom, you're done.
