OCaml and Ghostscript installed ? LaTeX path ?

Hello all, im looking for some help with a subject i know nothing about.

I would like to know if OCaml 3.06 or later is installed on cpanel16 ? And if not can i install it.

Im hoping to host a wiki for a friend whos taking some Math and Chem classess and would like to get Texvc running for him.

One of the Requirements is a server runinng "OCaml 3.06 or later is required to compile texvc;"

    Also the read me say:
Rasterization is done via LaTeX, dvips, and ImageMagick. These need
to be installed and in the PATH: latex, dvips, convert
I know ImageMagick "/usr/local/bin/convert" but im alittle lost with the rest.

And some where along the lines it said im gonna need 'Ghostscript', which ill deal with when i get there (thouhgt i would mention it incase someone can give a tid-bit ). In the past, ive toyed with a php script which would create .pdf files, so i think ill be in the clear with the Ghostscript.

Any help with any of this would be great...
    thanks...
