Domain hosted been blocked

Hello AndrewT,

I thought cpanel39 got in troubled yesterday afternoon regarding offline but I was wrong it was not... Here's the thing I've just discovered this early this morning, we have a reseller account hosted at DatHorn and composed of different domain names with single IP 70.87.46.164, believe me or not it made me surprised because when I browsed those list of domain names for verification of the connection to the internet then it prompt "request timeout", but in outside or other ISP there is connection to the internet. And if i browsed other domain names that not hosted by our reseller it is accessible to the Internet.

My machine directly connected to the ISP modem, and no router involve to block the IP. So far no problem on the internet connection because can connect to other IP except IP from 70.87.46.164 that Dathorn hosted.

Here are my questions:
1.) WHO block the IP?
2.) WHY this problem occurs?
3.) WHAT the best remedy to resolve this problem and HOW?

Please let me hear your answer, giving me tips, suggestions to do and find me solutions about this.

I suspect the dns has been cached on your pc, can you try the following from the command prompt?

ipconfig /flushdns
