Flash Movie

Good day,

I have a Flash movie that I have scripted to load on a user's first visit to my website then, for every future visit, it will skip the intro (if the user has the movie cached/preloaded) and go to a different scene in the movie. I have verified that the scripting is accurate by testing the movie on another host but, for some reason, the entire movie will play, regardless of whether the user has the movie cached or not, when I publish it on my Dathorn site. I must be missing something simple...any ideas?

I haven't used flash for years so bare with me...

How are you detecting that the intro has been played already?

If the detection is happening client side it must be a script/browser issue..
