Problems with Cpanel 14b

I can't get cpanel to come up on 14b, nor is pop3 responding. Anyone else having any issues? I opened a ticket about 45 minutes ago, but haven't heard anything....customers are calling because email is down completely....would like to know if it's just me and there's something I can do or the entire server.

This issue was resolved a while ago. The firewall had loaded improperly and there was a problem with the /tmp partition as well, both of which were corrected. I apologize for the inconvenience.
