Changing Ubersmith Billing Info

Can anyone out there tell me how to go about updating the client profile section in the Ubersmith billing section.

I have been unable to find a link to do this anywhere.

click on Billing Information

Sorry I must not have explained myself very well.

I logged into the ubersmith section and updated my credit card info. I also want to update the "Client Profile" which has an old email address and information, but there is no where under client profile I can find to do this.

Any advice?

After login:
Click on Contact Information

In the dathorn billing website (https://billing.dathorn.com) there is no such link.

You can view a profile but you cant change it.

Submit a trouble ticket and let us know what changes you would like made and we will take care of them for you.

I've been speaking with UberSmith on this after I discovered the same problem that you mentioned. You should now have no problems editing your own information.
