I see page requests in my logs. When you click on it you get a remote page with my IP address...and "keep alive". In this case it's in Chinese.

What are these things? Could it have anything to do with my Google PPClicks?

I doubt it has anything to do with google.

Looks like someone testing for open proxy servers. They send that link and if they get a response they can identify it by the hash.
