What might cause this problem? Also, I couldn't log into the customer control panel to submit a trouble ticket due to wrong user/pwd. I have filled out the verification form, with no response. Help!

Have you tried to email Andrew about this?

CCP user/pass says "incorrect" even
though you filled out the varification form.

Instead of posting someone's email address, one should link to one's profile or something like that. Spammers are just waiting to grab...
