    Stumped, Looking for help

I have recently made a couple of websites for a client.
The problem comes from the client not being able to load these sites, it hits the domain name(s) and does nothing. At home here, the sites load fine. I actually went to the clients and tried for myself, and about all I got was the "title", not sure why it even got that as "viewing source" shows nothing at all. I try some of the older domains that I have hosted on the same account and they load on his computer fast and without a problem. Both new domains were purchased through godaddy and appear to be setup correctly there.
While I was there I actually cleaned quite a lot of spyware/adware off his PC but other than that all appeared to be fine on his computer.

Please all ideas are appreciated as I am at a loss right now.

How long since you last made a dns change on the domains? - It may be the dns changes haven't propagated to their isps servers yet

This might give you some areas to investigate

I have had problems with AOL proxy caches (many ISP use proxy caches). You can usually tell by installing or using a different browser. These problems can take days or weeks for them to work themselves out.

Last problem I had with a proxy was causing the clients AOL browser to crash and took three weeks to resolve.

One domain was setup 2+ months ago, the other 3 weeks ago. He is using Bigpond (Australian ISP run by the national phone carrier). I have a job to do at another clients later today that uses bigpond and will check it out from his pc to see if it is bigpond that is the problem.

Update - have tried the sites from another PC using the same isp, no problem at all connecting. So this leads me to think it is his PC that is at fault. Thanks for the help gentlemen.
