Direct access to Web logs

I need to download (via ftp) the latest weblogs for internal analysis.

The only way I found is to trigger placement of the logs into /access-log/ through cpanel, but can this be automated?

Submit a ticket with your account username and password so I can take a look at it via your FTP login.

I just wanted to quickly summarize a response in case someone else stumbles upon this and needs the answer.

The "access-logs" folder that you see is actually just a symbolic link to the directory where your live raw Apache access logs exist. They can be downloaded directly via FTP from that folder at any time.
