I searched for Ventrilo on these forums and found only that dathorn's servers cannot be used as VOIP servers. That's fine. I have Ventrilo hosted separately, but would like to run use the ventrilo_status program on a website to retrieve and display information from the separate Ventrilo server. Is this, too, verboten? If not, does anyone else do this and have any advice? The ventrilo_status program fails to connect to the VOIP server. I'm guessing it's blocked?

It's a php script that calls an executable. The executable does not stay resident in memory.Comment
