cpanel66 outages

Hello,
we had two outages this month, which have caused the uptime to drop at 99,690% on monthly basis.
In the past I can't remember this kind of problems.
I'm a little concerned about the fact that these outages have happened after the upgrade from the old cpanel45.
Is it a faulty server, or there are problems caused by other users?

This month we've had to take cpanel66 offline twice in order to perform a manual file system check to correct some errors. It is unusual that we've had to do this twice in such a short period of time but it is not uncommon for this to be necessary from time to time.
