Friend registered with dathorn but cannot login

Sorry if this is not the right place --
Since I recommended dathorn to them, I feel I should help them resolve their problems; a friend of mine ordered an account with DIS yesterday, and the received a confirmation email containing username (it's **login removed**), passwords etc.

Now they cannot login into neither the customer control panel, the UberSmith billing system nor WHM with the data provided in their welcome e-Mail. I think they already emailed dathorn but just received the same data in response they cannot login with. Could you please check their account information?

We've sent several e-mails to this user. Right after their order we requested additional information from them in order to verify their order (fraud checks). They never sent this information and as a result the charge was voided and their account was never setup. I just responded to another e-mail from this individual with this exact same explanation less than an hour ago.
