Is there a automatically backup program/option available?

Hi all~
I know Dathorn offers a optional backup plan, can that be setup to automatically backup all my client's sites on a weekly/daily basis? or do I have to goto each individual account to do the backups manually? How do I restore those backups? does it backup all the individual account I choose?

Is there some sort of software that can automatically download a backup of all of my client's website including email/sql etc...to my computer for me on a weekly/daily basis?

Or is there someway I can backup everything daily/weekly to an external hosted server automatically so I would have a mirror of the same stuff on a different server?

Please let me know what my options are. thanks

Our paid backup service is entirely automatic. Full backups of each of your accounts will be generated. You can then access these directly via FTP to download or transfer to another server if you wish.

If you want to restore an entire backup, we'll need to do this for you which you can submit a ticket to request. If you need individual files these can be downloaded directly from the backup FTP.
