Server Security

Hi, I host a few websites for small banks on Dathorn. These sites are just nice looking 'marketing' sites for the banks and link to third party sites where online banking is conducted. Even though only website data is stored on Dathorn, my clients still need to know what kind of server security is provided. I searched the forum and dathorn site and couldn't find too much about the security of the servers so I'm asking here. Does anyone know what kind of physical and software security is in place for Dathorn servers? Like is the data center secure, is there threat intrusion detection, and what kind of security is built into the server setup?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We do not disclose specifics nor will most other providers and I can assure you that we do take security very seriously. Everything is logged and very closely monitored. Firewalls, IDS, and all of the other typical security hardware and software is running. Patches are applied as needed. The data centers themselves are secure just as any other real data center is (biometrics, card keys, etc.).

More so in fact. Paradise, read about the network on the DIS home page. I can tell you, there is no messing around on these servers. They are as closely monitored as you are ever likely to find on a web host... I am 100% sure the actual bank itself probably has no where near the security of a Dathorn server with their sticky note passwords, wifi, lack of security training for their employees, improper document storage/disposal, lack of internal network security, etc...
