It's best to submit a ticket concerning this as it depends on your server. SNI is what enables SSL (or rather, TLS) functionality on a shared IP address. Full SNI support is not yet available on our older servers but is available on newer ones and will be on the older ones as soon as they are migrated to new hardware in the coming months.
