Can't View Site in Netscape 4.61 ???

I don't have Netscape (only IE and Mozilla), but your code has two heads.

...take out the red part and it may fix it. I don't know though, because I don't have Netscape.

I'm still learning about php includes and how to wrap files in a header and footer.

I played with the head body tags/info, but that didn't do anything. I did some trial and error and determined that if I remove this line from the header everything shows up, but not correctly:

<TABLE WIDTH=100% BORDER=0 CELLPADDING=0 CELLSPACING=0>

The odd thing is that I created this site the same way I did my other sites:
