I wanted to upgrade my plan, but I've been thinking maybe it will be better if I get a new account (new server). Since I feel that the current server that I'm in (server 23) is slow at some times. And if I get more sites hosted there, it will become even slower.
Will using a new account/server be faster than upgrading, or it will be just the same because all of the servers are hosted under the same connection?
