    Im new to this.. What do I do?..

    I have no clue what im doing.. How do I get my cpanel.. How do I log into my account?.. Im so lost and not in a very good mood.. If someone can please help me..

      I did not get a server number.. I did not get a login name or password for dathorn.com.. I did not get any of that..

      What now?..

        I was hosted with a friend of mine.. I registered my domain with godaddy.com..

        How do I set my nameservers? and what would I set them too?..

          That will depend on which server your friend is hosting on.
          Best call him/her for all the details. Isn't this what friends are for?

              Just bought? I don't think accounts are setup automatically, yet. There maybe a little delay between purchase and account activation email.

              However, if you feel you may have entered the wrong email address or it's been too long since you made your purchase you could use the support email address on the main Dathorn site.

                I purchased the Corporate Host 11am and it is now 11pm..

                I did not recieve anything.. We emailed them 5 different times..

                This is really becoming a joke..

                  I had my site www.hiphopchampions.com hosted with my friend.. He has dathorn.com account..

                  Recently the site ate up bandwidth so I decided to purchase my own account with dathorn.com..

                  All I want to know is how do I get my site back up and what do I do so it works with the host I just purchased?!?!

                    Blah nevermind.. I finally got in contact with my friend.. His cell was off but he must of just turned it on..

                    He is a genious and knows what he's doing.. I have no clue.. He's coming over to fix it..

                        Your order was voided due to possible fraud due to the nature of information entered in the order and the mere fact that it was for our most expensive plan. We've had a great deal of fraudulent orders submitted over the past few months and get charged a great deal for each one so we are very careful about accepting any suspicious orders.

                            1) Did you use an ISP-provided email address?
                            DIS will refuse a 'free' one such as hotmail, yahoo, etc.

                            2) Dathorn (DIS) does NOT accept PayPal, so how are
                            you saying they charged your PayPal account?

                              Note: Make sure that you proceed through the entire ordering process. If done properly you will be sent an e-mail with the subject "Dathorn Internet Services". You must enter your billing information just as it is on file with your credit card company or bank or else your transaction will be declined and you will be charged a $1.00 declination fee for every declined transaction. You also must be able to receive e-mail at the address that you specify on the order form.
                              There's a fee for declines. It's right there on the new order page. Doesn't make sense to me but it probably the credit card processor charging the fee.
