Just wondering if Dathorn can support the following in order to set up a help desk system for myself & customers.
Basic Minimum Requirements:
UNIX/Linux/FreeBSD/Solaris/Windows
Apache, IIS or any web server that supports PHP
PHP 4.1.0 or higher
mySQL 3.23 or higher
Zend Optimizer 2.1.0 or higher (Download)
For Email to Helpdesk feature on Linux:
MTA like Sendmail/Qmail etc
PHP as CGI with Zend Optimizer
For Email to Helpdesk feature on Windows:
Task Scheduler to run pop3 fetching routines
