How do I setup my email account in my domain name??

Hello,

I'm a new member. I just got my account and transfer my domain name to
Dathorn.

I can not finger out hot to setup my email account in my domain name to able send and received email from my domain name.

PS: I used outlook Express email client

Please any help.
