No confirmation email

    No confirmation email

    My friend placed an order for space yesterday around this time. Well almost 24 hours later he didnt get a emial saying it didnt go through or that he got the space. Is there any problems with the email comfirmation.. or does it just take some time to get the thing up and running?

    Have him e-mail support@dathorn.com with any relevant information regarding his order. All of the e-mails are entirely automatic.

      i will inform my friend but i do believe he messaged them either last night or acouple hours ago and so far no word.. i could be wrong tho

            It doesn't matter where it was sent, all of the addresses are answered by myself and all e-mails have been replied to. If this is being sent from AOL, that may also be a problem with the way that they have their settings configured.

              how long does it take to get the confirmation email... maybe i should have my friend do it again or something see he did it twice and the first 2 time it didnt go through and got the emails say it didnt work and the third he did it right but never got any emails

                I asked my friend if he had the customer referal name so i can give it to u so u cna look in to it, but he said he didnt put one in but it went through without it. I sent u however the email and what they gave him at the end of the order. I hope that cna help u look into and thankx btw

                  Surely your should not be submitting multiple orders like that. Have this individual contact me directly from an address other than his AOL one. Obviously that continues to be the problem here.

                      Just have him give the e-mail address that he signed up with, I'll know who it is. I've replied to his e-mails from his AOL address several times but apparently they aren't getting there.

                        Hes going to check his emails one more time and then email you with another account.(One thats not AOL) Thank you for your help both him and I are very thankful to you. You should be recieving the email in the support account. Thats the one he told me he was sending it to. Thank You Again!

                          We Got A Problem

                          Andrew I just found out that my friend made a total of 3 orders... He didnt mean to but this was before I start posting about it. It seems he forgot to tell me. He really doesnt want to pay for 3 sites. Could you cancel 2 of them. I am hoping you understand he didnt really mean to order 3 he just never got the emails due to AOL.

                            He can log into the CCP for account #2, submit trouble ticket to cancel.
                            He can log into the CCP for account #3, submit trouble ticket to cancel.
