Learned that I should log a help desk ticket but I don't remeber the password any more. I have not accessed the account very frequently so I don't remeber all this except I can log in to cPanel.

Nasty Catch 22 you have there. I would try emailing Andrew again try explaining your situation. If that doesn't work then you may have no choice but to contact your credit card company.

This is a minor issue and things like this happen daily, just e-mail me and we can take care of it. Issuing a chargeback is the easiest way to end a business relationship on a bad note, and we do keep record of every single one of them for future reference.Comment

My email id is mdada@yahoo.com and I have emailed you (Andrew). I have not accessed the account in last year and a half more than 15 times and that too I have been using it as FTP repository for people to down load my files and now I don't have use for that.
