cpanel18 down?

I'll submit a ticket, but normally when I do, I get a "we already know and are working on it" response. Since there are no announcements/etc. from Dathorn in the forum, I'll do the ticket (again) -- cpanel18 doesn't enjoy the uptime it once did.

My traceroutes die at The Planet:

FYI, they said they were running a file systems check, and that's why the server appeared to be dead.

so that i don't bother them with another ticket, did you get a "yeah we know - working on it" response?

I have sites on this server that really can't afford more than an hour or two of downtime.

how long has it been down, i've been out on business and just come back to it being down?

EDIT: The reporting service I use says it was 1 hour and 36 minutes

Please see my note above (file systems check).

It seemed to be down 30-60 minutes (I ate lunch and didn't check constantly -- it was OK after I ate).

It's working fine now.
