    Lost Access

I have lost access to my account!

I have registered yesterday and received an e-mail with my Costumer Control Panel username and password. All I did after that is logging to the CP and changing my CP and WHM passwords (even though I have not received WHM username yet).

Now I am not able to access CP neither with old nor with the new password.

Also, I have received two e-mails from Dathorn support informing me that the ticket I have opened have been received, viewed and closed. The problem here is that I have not opened any tickets at all! This makes me think that there might be some malicious activity.

I have sent e-mails to support but have not received any answers.
    Please help asap.

I have sent e-mails to both support and costumer support accounts yesterday, and then I have forwarded the same e-mail to andrew[@]dathorn.com this morning, but still have not received any response.

I just followed your link and sent it again. Hopefully I will get a response later today. Thanks for the link, -Oz-.

All times you've replied to an e-mail that says not to reply to it - the ticket e-mails. These are filtered out and not read by any human ever. I did, however, dig one out this morning and replied to it. I highly suggest changing the subject entirely when you want to reply again.

Well, since the same e-mail address is published in the contact information, I naturally thought to use it the way it is advertised on the website:

          Technical Questions/Support
Only if you cannot login to our customer control panel
          support@dathorn.com

They are filtered out by subject and those particular e-mails state not to reply to them.
