I can't do anything about this from within the Billing section, and I don't know if the 'Customer Login' section on the site is where I do it from... but I can't log into there with any combination of passwords anyway.

Have you ever notice people can't remember their CCP username/passwords here? When people have so little trouble with the service they forget how to access the CCP - that's real proof to the quality of service here at Dathorn.
I can raddle off half dozen usernames and passwords for hosting services I don't even have anymore!
Just don't ask me Dathorn's!

Heh, I know. It's been months since I've had to log into CCP, and I think that was when we had to resubmit all our info after the server problems.
