    Can't connect!!

For some reason one of my customers can not connect to his website, not can he connect to any other websites on the same server, but he can connect to everyhting else. What could this be?

I've had some problems with Verizon's Caching DNS that have resulted in similar connectivity problems. Using the customer's Host file might be the only way around it till the cache clears.

Submit a ticket with his IP address. Andrew and/or The Planet may be blocking it.

Never mind doubt that's the problem since TTL is set to 4 hours on CP33. Your TTL is probably the same. Listen to Openbox.
