Hope I've posted this in the right place.
Just signed up and everything seems straightforward enough. I created a package and then a new account and changing my nameservers.
Domain seemed to have propagated quickly as straightaway changed to the default page with the links to Web, DB and Email utilities.
Thing is
1. I can't log into any of these utilities with username and password created with the account.
2. I can't gain FTP access using the new domain as the host address, although I can using the server name as the host.
3. When I do gain access like this, I can upload files to the public_html directory but I can;t then see these files on my domain.
Could the domain not yet have propagated even though I can see the links page?
