CPanel 25 downtime on 08-03-2004

Cpanel 25 went down for about 19 minutes today. Is there a way to know what caused it? Was it caused externally? The timing of it makes me a little suspicious.

I know I am being a little paranoid, but it happened less than a minute before my registrar was supposed to send me an email confirmation request. (I have been having issues getting a domain registration transfered for the past week.) After the server went down, I noticed the transfer failed within a minute. I wouldn't think that my old registrar really needs the few bucks for my registration, but like I said, the timing seems too coincidental.

At this point the only thing we can narrow this issue down is to the fact that there is some customer on that server causing problems. Once we locate this individual, he/she will be dealt with accordingly. Consistently crashing a server is not tolerated.
