Signed up but never received welcome email

I just signed up with you guys but haven’t received my welcome email. Hope the sign up went through.
Please let me know how I should proceed and how to get my username and password?

You'll receive an generic welcome email as soon;
sometime there after, your WHM will be manually created and
you'll be emailed the user/temp password to use.

Andrew sent me the welcome email as well as my login and password for the CCP, but I still haven't received my WHM login.

Sorry to be so impatient but my current host(Glexicon Communications) went banktrupt and my service will be terminated Aug 31st. I hope to have everything up and running at Dathorn by then.
