How do you make a subdomain its own acct?

I have a subdomain in an account that I want to create as it's own account. I can't find any option in WHM to do that. What's the best way to accomplish it? Is it something I can do or something support would be able to accomplish?

Is it possible to set up SubDomains for one account that behave as separate accounts in that they have their own disk and traffic quotas?

Basicly in WHM, setup an account like normal but list
the domain as 'sub.domain.com' - and should work.
