I receive the report from my customer. How to slove it?
My Opinion, I think It had problem from customer. It is from your problem.
Please suggest me.

Dear My Name

Today I got 2 emails from Europe (1 from Austria and 1 from Germany)
both reports the could not get any domains from us. Gwa-consulting.com,
prmasterweb.com, duans-travel.com, duans-restaurant.com.
I ask them if they can do a traceroute for me, then it will be easier to
find out where is the bottleneck.
This is an information for you, if you have some ideas and you can share
it with me I am happy, I will give you any information I got an hope we
can solve the problems.

One thing I do first, is to check trace routes from different places. Use:

http://www.traceroute.org/
