friend can't access any sites on my server from work

he has tried to access many of my sites from his work connection
and nothing loads, they just time out.
it has been this way for weeks.
none of his coworkers can access the site either
he doesn't think it's the corp. firewall, because the firewall pops up a warning page for blocked sites.
any ideas on what is causing this?

Can they access other websites? I am assuming they can.

Have them put the www after the http:// part and see if that does anything

Also try see if they can connect with up http://ip_address/~name

yes, they can access other sites
the www. doesn't make a difference
he can't access it by ip address either
the only thing i can think of is that dathorn is blocking his work IP for some reason

edit. it seems to be just cpanel 33, he can get to websites on other dathorn servers

Please have him go to www.whatip.com to obtain his IP address and give it to you. Then submit a trouble ticket with this information and I will look into it further, the IP is likely just blocked.
