PostgreSQL account maintenance

I tried setting up Gallery via the built in scripts and have assumed it just doesnt work but here is my problem:

I have 3 postgresql db now setup and cannot add user or login to phpPgAdmin to delete the 3 db.

Is this normal for scripts? Is this normal for postgresql? how do I delete all db manually?

We do not support PGSQL, everything there should be using MySQL. Disregard the count of PGSQL databases.
