Has anyone successfully installed openBB here?

I'm having oodles of trouble (alright, I can't even get the install script to load). I'm in contact with the Support forum, and they've said they've gotten it to work fine on their servers using the same versions of Apache, PHP4, and MySQL. And the SQL implementation is fine as far as I know, since phpBB is being run on two other of my hosted sites. MercuryBoard and InvisionBoard also run fine. Any clues?

phpsuexec is installed here rather than straight php, you could ask if that makes a difference. make sure you don't chmod the files.
