Is it possible to make a cron job that will make autobackups ?
The site is really small, around 3 megs with images, scripts and SQL

For the MySQL, check the FAQ forums there's a backup script.
Just add a Cron and it should be perfect for the SQL part.

As for the images, scripts, actual files ~ not sure there.

If you search for cron backups on google, you should be able to find a way to tar your website then either ftp it elsewhere, or email it to yourself.
