How can i erase or restore a dbase

There's a way to erase a dbase by the Cpanel or FTP?

I lost one and i just don't know how to restore it?

Maybe i'm to old for this stuff, but i want to to learn, Thank you.

In cpanel under MYSQL Database you can go into myphpadmin to edit, delete or restore a database.

I tried following Chris' tip, but don't see where I would go in myphpadmin to recover the table.

You cannot recover a table if you have deleted it unless you are specifically paying for our backup service in which case you should contact us.
