Can't find phpMyAdmin in CPanel

How do I create a database? I had another service that had CPanel and I had no problem finding phpMyAdmin. I cannot find it on my dathorn CPanel.

Also, how do I get Fantastico working? I click on the add-on, and I'm assuming it's installing, but I get a blank screen. http://forums.dathorn.com/images/icons/icon8.gif

phpMyAdmin is generally accessed on the MySQL page, but the MySQL link may not be present if you have not specifically allocated MySQL databases to the domain that you have created in WHM.

Fantastico should work without any problems as well, you'll need to submit a trouble ticket if you continue to have problems with this.
