Internal Server Error

Can someone explain how loading 200 records into a Vtiger CRM database, would cause too many sql queries. We were loading 500 records at a time, and it started causing errors, so we reduced it, and now we are having the same result.

I have clients calling me and bitching about their sites being down, since you guys locked it. When will it be back up and running, and what can we do to resolve this issue?

Obviously this issue is much better suited to a ticket. The scripts were disabled as they were causing server loads in excess of 20. That absolutely cannot be tolerated in a shared hosting environment.
