Character encoding problema

Hi,
I just moved a site form dathorn to another server. The site worked well at dathorn but it's giving character encoding problems on the other server.

@ other server: http://www.fengoffice.com/es/documentos.php?faq=17

The F.A.Q. texts come form a mysql database. I guess the problem is in the db encode. To migrate i just exported used the "Export" feature in phpMyAdmin.

I understand this problem is not related to dathorn, but any help will be highly appreciated.

Problem solved!

I added a .htaccess file with:

AddDefaultCharset ISO-8859-1
