At times its very slow, is there a way to do a reboot on #13?

The database is extremly small and optimized, all other things load great. There's usually no more than 3 people viewing at a time and no reason it should drag like it does at times.

This is happening again, as usual, sometime between 2-5am EST when the sever is dead! Why is this going on?

Maybe there's a backup running?

Backups and logs most likely. Might try submitting a trouble ticket at 2am maybe someone is doing something they shouldn't be.

It is undoubtedly the backup process that is causing this. Right now cpanel13 is 3rd in line for receiving an upgrade, so in about 3 weeks this will be correct permanently.

That's because the backup process is going well into the daylight hours, there are few hours when it's not running them. The system is just outright horrible. But as users have told me that are currently on cpanel23 which was just upgraded, the difference is night and day once your server is upgraded.
