backup of database

I just accidentally wrote overtop of a MySQL database....without exporting a copy of it first....is there ANY way to retrieve this?

what cPanel are you on?
If its one of the newer servers, then you'll have to pay for the backups,
which means if you don't have it...

Oh darn...hope I have an old one then but I doubt it.

I believe it is cpanel 22...I can't check right now for some reason...looks like site is down.
