Is anyone familiar with phpWebEd? It looks as if the program hasn't been updated since 2002. I have a customer who wants to use it on her server, and she says that "experts" have told her it's safe.
Based on the mere fact that it hasn't been updated since 2002 I would not recommend using it. I would find it very hard to believe that in over 5 years there hasn't been any security issues with it.
