Well - I've just discovered that all my websites on cpanel13 are not up. I can ping the domains all right but no viewing available and it's even looking like I can no longer log in to my cpanels on them either.
To complicate matters my main PC (with all my dathorn emails, info., etc.) has just about packed it in which is the second time in about six months.
I upgraded to the ubersmith accounting system some time back and can log in to that but I can no longer login to WHM. I used to have this stored on my main PC with the little software utility used to manage it but that went with the last PC rebuild. Reading some of the forum messages suggests that sometime back there was a glitch in the account system (or I've simply forgotten my password/s despite trying everything I can think of).
1) I have worked out that cpanel13 has recently being upgraded so can put down my issues to a glitch in that process.
2) I know I need to log a support ticket but I don't know my password to login to the account.
3) Earlier this morning, I did fill out some sort of form mentioned in the forums but I understand that it can take some time before that is answered.
My big concern is that all accounts under username dis-3366 are just not being viewed across the web. So I'm hoping Andrew or someone may see this message before my other one to request new passwords (or whatever is required to get me up and running). ie. My priority is to get the websites on cpanel13 [dis-3366] up and running... passwords, etc. are secondary.
