Unique IP for Addon domain?

Is it possible to have a unique IP for addon domains?

This doesn't necessarily have to be a function of WHM or Cpanel. I just want to know if it is possible in general, even if it has to be done the "hard way".

It's not something that we offer. To have a dedicated IP with our services requires a seperate account created in WHM for the domain.

This can be done manually, but cPanel will not like it one bit.

Actually I don't need this for my account here, but for work that we use another host. That host said that it is not possible.

It can be done and it's not even that hard, but if you do anything via cPanel or WHM with the domain it likely will cause problems.
