Site access just not there...

Hi, I've been with dathorn for nearly what, 3 maybe 4 years now and it's great.

I told someone I know to get hosting here becuase its been that great.

They said they paid, registered and all that. and got the first email with all the login information and the server IP, as well as the Cpanel url etc.

The problem is, NONE of the usernames/passwords in thier email works at all.

I tried thier dis-#### name with the password givin in the email to log into the site here so I could submit a trouble ticket for them and that login information doesnt even work.

I tried thier WHM and that didnt work, they said they never got a second email saying that it was set up yet.

I tried thier Cpanel login info, nothing, neither the server IP cpanel url worked or thier domain name, which has had its name servers set for a few days now.

I just dont know why its not working. It never was this hard before. We must be missing something.

Like I said, I would have submitted a trouble ticket, but we cant even login to that account to submit one.

Please do send me a PM or e-mail directly mentioning this post. I've had some very strange orders/inquiries today that were just voided out of the system entirely due to the large number of fraudulent orders as of late.
