Attachment on emails sent to Mailman list

I have just set-up a new mailing list, and both times I have emailed to the list, an attachment is added to the email with the following info:

Board mailing list
Board@<<domain>>.org
http://<<domain>>.org/mailman/listinfo/board_<<domain>>.org

I don't want this extra info included in each email. Is there a setting that I have missed somewhere?

Check in the Admin section under "Non-digest options" for the message footer. You can edit it to anything you like.
