    Custom 'site suspended' page?

How do i make a custom page for the 'site suspended' option? I've got a client who is 4 months late and their site is gonna go down.

    1. To access the Account Functions Menu, click on
Account Functions, on the main screen of your WebHost Manager interface.

    2. Click on Modify Suspended Account Page.

    3. Copy and paste the HTML code of your modified page
over the content of the default Suspended Account page,
or modify the displayed HTML code to suit your needs.

    4. Click on Save.

Copyed from the WHM Document - specific page HERE.

          Try looking here
Now i know how to edit the suspended page to create a nicer customised page instead of the default one. The question i have though: is it possible to modify the URL to which the suspended account page is pulled from? At the moment, i have a long URL like so: http://dis-user.cpanel20.gzo.com/suspended.page/ It would be so
