Sending email after successful creation of accout in WHM?

After I setup an account using WHM, I assume there will be an email sent to the email that I have entered under the contact email field?

I have entered an email under the contact email field but no email was being received at all. I have tried to create two seperate account with different email addresses but to no avail. One account was created yesterday.

Could anyone help me with this. Thanks for the time taken.

The email gets sent to youi dis-XXXX account only. It will not send it anywhere else. This is where you would need a 3rd party program IE Clientexec, Mordenbill etc.

May I know is there anything wrong with my account?
